Description

Statement of Work Solicitation This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the acquisition of a Control, Intercommunication Set. 1. Offerors are to submit quotes for the following: NOUN: Control, Intercommunication Set NSN: 5831-01-491-9407 P/N: 653302 QTY: 50 each 2. The Government does not own and cannot provide the Technical Data Package (TDP) for the Control, Intercommunication Set. 3. This requirement is not a Small Business set aside. 4. The resultant Purchase Order will be issued FOB Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for stock replenishment only. 5. The ceiling for this requirement will be no greater than $150,000.00. 6. The contractor shall provide a standard no-cost warranty. 7. This RFQ sets forth instructions to the offeror and evaluation factors for award. DLA will evaluate offers using FAR 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process (See Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Respondents). 8. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged. 9. The SHIP TO address for the duration of the resultant contract will be: (W25G1U) SU W1BG DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility 2001 Normandy Drive, Door 113 To 134 New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 10. Prospective offerors should insert a Firm-Fixed Price for the item number, complete any and all requirements within the RFQ, and sign and upload all pages (prior to the closing date) into the Federal Business Opportunities website.
