- Federal Supply Code (FSC) 4130, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Components North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415, Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. Hot Water Coils, must be produced in accordance with the Government provided drawing 6506021, available at the time of the solicitation. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to issue this Request for Quote (RFQ), W52P1J-17-T-0080, on a competitive basis. The anticipated release date for the solicitation is on or about 9 March 2017 with a closing date approximately 15 days from the date of issuance. This acquisition will be solicited on a competitive firm-fixed price basis among eligible Woman Owned Small Businesses. This procurement is for Hot Water Coils that are used in the production efforts of the ambulance program. The end user is the Joint Manufacturing & Technology Center located in Rock Island, IL. FOB Destination. The proposed resulting contract will be a three-year, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery (IDIQ), and firm-fixed price contract with a three-year ordering period. The Guaranteed minimum quantity is 233 Each. The contract maximum quantity is 3,000 Each for a three year period. Orders will be funded and placed on an as needed basis. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to be eligible for award. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
