- U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Government intends to exercise an existing renewal option for an existing lease for the in Baltimore, MD. The requirement is as follows: State: Maryland City: Baltimore Delineated Area: Start: Corner of W Baltimore St & Eutaw St. East: Head east to Light St. South: Head south to W Pratt St West: Go west to S Eutaw St. North: Head north until W Baltimore St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 41,107 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 5 years, 3 months Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Baltimore, MD that will be expiring. The current lease contains one 5 year, 3 month and 5 day renewal option. The Government intends to exercise the renewal option prior to the end of the existing term. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The impact on the agency’s mission will also be assessed. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
