Description
AMENDMENT THREE The purpose of Amendment Three (3) to solicitation HSBP1017Q0030 is the following: • Proposal submission deadline is extended to Friday, March 17, 2017 at 1:00 PST • The last day for receipt of questions is now: Friday, March 10, 2017 at 1:00 PM Arizona Time (Noon PST) Questions already received (or received before the new question deadline) will be answered through an amendment to follow next week. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. _____________________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT TWO The purpose of Amendment Two (2) to solicitation HSBP1017Q0030 is the following: •· Questions and Answers document is now uploaded to solicitation. •· Proposal submission deadline is extended to Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 1:00 PM Arizona Time (Noon PST) •· The last day for receipt of questions is now: Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 5:00 PM Arizona Time (4:00 PM Pacific Time) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. _____________________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT ONE The purpose of Amendment One (1) to solicitation HSBP1017Q0030 is the following: Anticipated base period of performance is changed from 9 months to 1 year. The new anticipated base period of performance is 05/01/2017-04/30/2018. Option period dates are adjusted as follows: OPTION YEAR ONE: 05/01/2018 - 04/30/2019 OPTION YEAR TWO: 05/01/2019 - 04/30/2020 OPTION YEAR THREE: 05/01/2020 - 04/30/2021 OPTION YEAR FOUR: 05/01/2021 - 04/30/2022 All proposals must be submitted using the attached new updated proposal pricing sheet and associated solicitation documents showing the new anticipated period of performance. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. _____________________________________________________________________________ The United States Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations, San Diego Field Office has an ongoing requirement for armored vehicle courier services along the Southern California Border. The Government intends to award a commercial items firm fixed price (FFP) contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quotation to fulfill this requirement. The solicitation must be read in its entirety to ensure compliance in all areas. Full requirements of this action are as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. (SOW) In accordance with Service Contract Labor Standards statute requirements, attached to the solicitation are prevailing wage determinations for both San Diego and Imperial counties. The attached proposal pricing sheet (Attachment Two) must be completed and submitted with each proposal. All proposals must be valid for 90 calendar days after close of the solicitation. Proposal submissions must be submitted by email and are to be received no later than Friday, March 3, 2017 at 1:00 PM Arizona Time (Noon PST) to Contract Specialist Benjamin Dorgan at: benjamin.j.dorgan@cbp.dhs.gov The last day for receipt of questions is: Monday, February 27, 2017 at 5:00 PM Arizona Time (4:00 PM Pacific Time). Questions shall be submitted to the same point of contact as designated for the proposals above. All proposals must be submitted electronically in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation and accompanying documents. Proposals that do not respond to all requirements in the solicitation may be rejected without further evaluation, deliberation, or discussion. The Government may reject any proposal that is evaluated to be significantly not compliant with the solicitation requirements, unrealistically high or low in price, or reflects a failure to comprehend the complexity and risks of the work to be performed.
