- PWS This is a sources sought announcement only. This announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense (DoD) Education Activities -DDESS Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify capable and qualified Small Business 8(a) providers that can provide Real Property Accountability to, include buildings, structures, linear structures, and land in order to implement financial improvement plans. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full description of services and technical requirements. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541618, Utilities Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15 Million. If you are Small Business 8(a), interested, capable, and qualify to provide the services outlined in the PWS, please submit appropriate written information and/or data supporting your company's capability to perform the required services. Information shall also include the company name, business mailing address, point of contact, telephone number, Duns and Cage Codes under which you are registered in SAM. Please send responses with a subject heading of "Real Property Inventory" to email address: Hillary.turnbull@am.dodea.edu by 15 March 2017, 10:00 a.m. EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under appropriate NAICS.
