THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS (SB) FIRMS.         The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 667-084, Construct Cancer Treatment Center, Shreveport, LA.         The cost range for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 24 March 2017.    All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov.  No hard copies will be available.         Performance period for the base offer item is 730 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.         The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $36.5M.         All interested SB firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and must have a current VETS-4212 report on file at www.dol.gov/vets/programs/fcp/main.htm.
