. See attached Standard Form 30, Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract. The purpose of this amendment is to: A) Change the applicable NAICS Code for this work from 561730, Landscaping Services, with a SBA Size Standard of $7.5 million to 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a SBA Size Standard of $36.5 million; B) Revise provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) to announce a second site visit on March 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM. See attached revised provision; and C) Revise provision 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications, revise the applicable NAICS code to 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a SBA Size Standard of $36.5 million. There is no change to the applicable U.S. Dept. of Labor Construction Wage Determination. As a result of this amendment, the Sealed Bid due date and time is changed from March 27, 2017 at 2:00 PM to April 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Acknowledge this amendment in accordance with Block 19 of the applicable Standard Form 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award..
