- This notice is for Solicitation Number VA242-17-B-0301 - Project Number 561-239 Construct Emergency Building, at the VA Lyons Campus at 151 Knollcroft road, Lyons, NJ, 07939 This shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220, and has a size standard of $36.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Scope of Work: Provide all labor, equipment and material to construct the new Emergency Services Building at Knollcroft Road and Second Circle Drive, NJHCS, Lyons Campus. The work shall include but not limited to all permitting, site work, excavation, foundation installation and related masonry work, steel erection, plumbing roofing, electrical, communication, data, interior finishes, paving and landscaping. All work will be done in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided in the solicitation for bid. All work will be in accordance with all governing agencies. All work will be done using approved materials and a professional work force. All work is to be completed on a timely basis as outlined on the contractors approved schedule. Project Completion: 550 Calendar Days All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about March 30, 2017. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all responses/submissions shall be in hardcopies; faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov, www.experian.com and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
