- RETURN PACKET REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS EXHIBIT 2 BUILDING INFO USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, AZ, has a requirement for Archaeological Survey and National Register Evaluation of the Heber Job Corps Center, Black Mesa Ranger District, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests. This project will consist of a cultural resources survey of approximately 94 acres of National Forest System (NFS) land, a National Register and historic structure evaluation of the historic Heber Job Corps Center, and recordation and National Register evaluation all other cultural resources that may be within or immediately adjacent to the survey boundary. The Heber Job Corps Center was built in 1965 and includes two separate administrative sites, Camp Shadow Pines, which is under Special Use Permit, and the Heber Job Corps Center, which is administered by the Black Mesa Ranger District. A qualified architectural historian specializing in mid-to-late-1960s vernacular architecture is needed to evaluate the eleven Forest Service buildings, and qualified archaeologists are needed to survey and evaluate the the Job Corps Center as a whole and other sites that may be located during the inventory. ArcMap data entry is a requirement of this contract. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Businesses under the NAICS 541620 ($15.0 million). The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed-Price contract. The Request For Quotations (RFQ) will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov) on or after March 13, 2017. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Special attention should be paid to the submission requirements/instructions in Section L and Section M of the solicitation. No formal site visit has been planned. Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in PDF file format to the Contracting Officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met) wabbott@fs.fed.us on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation. The Closing Date and Time for responses to this RFQ shall be March 29, 2017, 4:00 p.m. MST (State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
