- This is a Pre-solicitation Notice composed of the draft documents for the upcoming Tactical Systems Support (TSS-2) Request for Proposals. The purpose of this special notice is to allow industry the opportunity to review the draft documents and provide questions and/or comments concerning their contents. Response to this Pre-solicitation Notice is voluntary and at the contractor's expense. This Pre-solicitation Notice is for informational and pre-proposal planning purposes only; It does not constitute a formal solicitation, and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or award a contract. It has not been determined when the Government will issue a formal solicitation, but it is anticipated to be within the fiscal year. All interested parties having the required experience and skills necessary to meet all the attached requirements to this Pre-solicitation Notice are invited to submit questions and/or comments via email to Jon D.
