THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Acquisition Center (NAC), HTME Contracts is requesting procurement information for a commercial laundry project. The National Contract Service is in search of SDVOSB and VOSB organizations that are capable of servicing the Department of Veterans Affairs Lake City, FL, Medical Center need to procure the following commercial laundry equipment item(s): ITEM # 1 800/900 Pound Washer-Extractors-Quantity 3 ITEM # 2 400/500 Pound Washer-Extractor ITEM # 3 Wash System Controls ITEM # 4 Relocate the Existing 85 Pound Washer Extractor ITEM # 5 200/300 Pound Gas Heated Drying and Conditioning Tumbler with External Lint Collection ITEM # 6 400/500 Pound Gas Heated Drying and Conditioning Tumbler with External Lint Collection ITEM # 7 110/120 Pound Gas Heated Drying and Conditioning Tumbler with External Lint Collection ITEM # 8 Small Piece Folders-Quantity 2 ITEM # 9 Soiled/Clean Side Overhead Semi-Automated Monorail Storage Conveyor System ITEM # 10 Thermal Fluid Flatwork Ironing System ITEM # 11 Relocate the Existing Braun Theta Blanket Folding Machine For more detailed information please review the attached draft Technical Specifications.
