- RFQ: W9128F-17-T-0024 The Corps of Engineers operates several campgrounds, fish cleaning stations, and boat ramp locations. The government requires pumping of vault toilets, fish cleaning stations, host pads, and dump stations at these locations, in order to provide use-able facilities for our customers. This is a non-personal services contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform septic tank pumping services. The contractor shall provide services at the Government owned Downstream Campground, Downstream Boat Ramp, West Tailrace, Spillway Overlook, Wolf Creek Campground, Government Bay, East Totten Trail Campground, Douglas Creek Campground, and Deepwater.
