- 17T0073_sol N00164-17-T-0073 - BUSINESS MEETING FACILITIES AND TRAINING SPACE RENTAL- PSC X1AB - NAICS 561210 Issue Date 10 MAR 2017 - Closing Date 27 MAR 2017- Time 10:00 A.M. EST CLIN 0001 BUSINESS MEETING FACILITIES AND TRAINING SPACE RENTAL Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends add additional vendors to a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure business meeting and training facilities services and space for use by of NSWC Crane only. It is anticipated multiple BPAs will be awarded with a maximum overall ceiling of $5,000,000. That maximum BPA Call/Order limit will be $25,000 each. The anticipated BPAs will be awarded in accordance with FAR 13. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Solicitation will be available for download on the FedBizOpps website. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor, FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offeror's that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). CCR and ORCA have been recently incorporated into the Governments new point of registration, System for Awards Management (SAM).
