The Government Point of Contact (POC) has changed from: Susan Halvatzis Contract Specialist, ACC-Orlando, 407-208-3378 Jennifer Kimzey Contracting Officer, ACC-Orlando, 407-208-3297 JD Summers UAS Requirements Lead, USAACE, 334-255-2143 to Jamie Davies Contract Specialist, ACC-Orlando, 407-208-3261 Isabel Rodriguez Contract Specialist, ACC-Orlando, 407-208-3378 Jennifer Kimzey Contracting Officer, ACC-Orlando, 407-208-3297 JD Summers UAS Requirements Lead, USAACE, 334-255-2143 The Government's current, draft acquisition strategy is to limit competition to Small Businesses (NAICS: 611512 Flight Training). Expected timelines: ACC-ORL Receipt of Finalized Requirements Package changed from 2QFY17 (late January) to 2QFY17 (end of March). Draft Solicitation changed from 2QFY17 (February) to 3QFY17 (April) Final Solicitation changed from 3QFY17 (April) to 3QFY17 (June). No change to Customer Target Award: 2QFY18 (March). After release of the Draft Solicitation, the Government intends to host a site visit at Fort Huachuca for industry on April 11th or 12th.
