- Attachment 4 - Wage Determination Attachment 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 2 - CLIN Structure Bid Sheet Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Cranes and Hoists Combined Synopsis Cranes and Hoists This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; OFFERS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation number is W912D0-17-R-0005 and incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, dated 13 January 2017. The NAICS Code is 811310 with a size standard of $7.5M. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price Requirements Contract for Inspection, Certification, Maintenance, and Repair of Cranes and Hoists for Fort Wainwright (FWA), Alaska. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Service period of performance (POP) will be a 12-month base plus four (4) 12-month options.
