Description

For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone number or email address. PRON: AX6T2259AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 55 each up to a maximum quantity of 355 each of a TIE ROD COMPRESSOR, NSN: 2840-01-089-4128, Part Number: 5043T04P02 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 55 each, 135 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 55 each, 2nd Year, 75 each, 3rd Year, 75 each, 4th Year, 75 each, and 5th Year 75 each. This item is restricted to GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY (99207). This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
