Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) seeks to procure website support, design, impact awards support, videos, and media and spokesperson training in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government anticipates awarding Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with either labor hour (LH) or firm- fixed price (FFP) task orders as a result of this solicitation.
