Description

1. The purpose of this amendment is to: a) Revise PWS section 3.0, Scope of Work, to clarify that VA is seeking either a perpetual or transaction-based license. b) Clarify in the Price Schedule and Price Evaluation Approach that for a transaction-based license approach VA requires all optional tasks to be priced in order to normalize the two different approaches for price evaluation purposes. c) Revise PWS section 5.3 to capture the following: i. The delivery timeframes specified in the table are VA s preference rather than requirements. ii. Clarify that Out-of-the-box is akin to minimal configuration taking less than 1 month to complete. iii. State that the vendor s proposed schedule will be incorporated into the contract at time of award. d) Revise Technical Factor discriminator a.3 to correspond with the aforementioned revisions to PWS section 5.3. e) Extend the proposal due date to 8:00am EST on Monday, March 27, 2017. 2. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
