- Proposed solicitation, SPE7M217R0016, is for NSN 6105-01-538-9992, a Motor Assembly, Electric, to be manufactured I/A/W CEF Industries (00288), part number 8652. No technical data is available. Any alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Anticipated quantity is 31 each, pricing will be requested for the quantity range of 1-25. Items are to be shipped to Hill UT 84056-5734, with an anticipated required delivery of 330 days. FOB point is origin I/A/W First Destination Transportation. Inspection and acceptance to take place at destination. Anticipated award to be a one-time buy, firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. PKGING DATA-QUP:001 SHALL BE PACKAGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM D 3951. Markings Paragraph: When ASTM D3951, Commercial Packaging is specified, the following apply: •,,All Section "D" Packaging and Marking Clauses take precedence over ASTM D3951. •,,In addition to requirements in MIL ‐ STD ‐ 129, when Commercial Packaging is used, the Method of Preservation for all MIL ‐ STD ‐ 129 marking and labeling shall be "CP" Commercial Pack. The Unit of Issue (U/I) and Quantity per Unit Pack (QUP) as specified in the contract take precedence over QUP in ASTM D3951. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The Contracting Officer may utilize online Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. This solicitation will be made available on its issue date at HTTPS://WWW.DIBBS.BSM.DLA.MIL/. PLEASE NOTE: THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE ISSUE DATE. Issue date is anticipated to be 16-30 days from the date of this posting.
