- THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking all potential sources who can perform services required. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure calibration/repair services for a HIAC 8000A Particle Counter. Under this requirement the contractor shall provide biannual calibration/repair services for (1) HIAC 8000A Particle Counter and associated accessories. Projected period of performance will include a base year plus four (4) option periods. The designated NAICS Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, size standard is 500 employees. Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise/capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete and perform the services required for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; the Government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice.
