Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida intends to solicit competitors for wireless hardware installation and services for a remote site. There will an option for 12 months of internet service. The service will need to meet the Government requirements. Decisions be made on the basis of technically acceptable low price and will result in a firm fixed price contract. Equipment will be delivered to the Plattsmouth Rail Bridge, 15606 River Road Plattsmouth, Nebraska 68048. The is a pull box located adjacent to River Rd approximately at coordinates 41.001294, -95.868707. The conduit shall run from that pull box to a pull box located at approximately at 41.001032, -95.869328 next to the PTMW (Hub) shelter. The service will terminate on the PTMW (Hub) shelter located at 41.001032, -95.869328. The internet service shall meet the following minimum requirements to facilitate testing: - Hard-wired connection to Internet Service Provider (ISP) equipment - Minimum of (2) static IP addresses - Synchronous connection (same download and upload speeds) - Minimum speed of 100 Megabits per second (Mbps) - Service uptime > 99.9% - Latency < 50ms - Jitter < 1.5ms
