SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, transportation appropriate equipment and supervision, necessary to replace the two older booths at the Danville VA Audiological services located in Danville, IL building 98. Vender will add the new booths and relocate one Acoustic Systems RE-144 (purchased 9/24/2009) from its current location in at the Danville VA Building 101 to Building 98. The Medical Center is located 1900 E Main Street, Danville, IL 61832. All work will be performed during normal business hours 8:00am to 430pm Monday Friday, excluding legal and/or public holidays
