Description

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 5965015981231, MICROPHONE, MAGNETIC. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three-year base period and two one-year options is anticipated. Applicable NAICS is 334310 and Small Business Size Standard is 750. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ) is 2826. Approved source: UME VOICE, INC. (1VNZ2 P/N 871A The solicitation will be available on March 28, 2017, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required as this item is in the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. Inspection/Acceptance is annotated in the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
