- The Navy intends to procure a customized utility serving cart for beverages. This includes construction of non-wood serving counter that will be referred to as a coffee kiosk complete with locking storage spaces and folding security gates to secure the three points of access, stainless steel sink, a refer and a display cabinet. The kiosk will require onsite assembly and placement. The place of delivery is Puget Sound Naval Base, Bremerton, WA. F.O.B. Destination. Currently, the required delivery and installation date is no later than 31 May 2017. The proposed contract is to be set-aside for small businesses. The commercial solicitation will be issued on or before 16 March 2017 with a closing date of 29 March 2017. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 resulting in a single, Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Complete specifications to be included in the solicitation. Copies of MIL/FED specs, QPL, may be obtained from the ASSIST database on the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/online/start/. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS.
