Description
Bid Packet This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make one (1) award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-17-Q-0018 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81 dated 10 April 2015. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. When price and other factors are considered, price is more important. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. Date of Delivery: 14 days after Purchase Order award Hours of Delivery: Delivery shall be conducted during government working hours 0700-1600 Monday thru Friday. FOB Destination will be: Lock and Dam 25 USACE St. Louis MO #10 Sandy Slough Winfield, MO 63389 ATTN: Tony Reis, Lockmaster (636-566-8120) PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPLETE THE ATTACHED BID PACKET. NOTE: PLEASE READ THE BID SCHEDULE: There is a requirement to deliver four (4) 55-gal drums of oil with specifications in bid package. The following provisions apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award.
