- W912HP-17-T-0004, SV Evans Repairs, Wage Determination W912HP-17-T-0004, SV Evans Repairs, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District has a requirement for the Survey Vessel Evans Repairs Located in Charleston, South Carolina. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95. Submit proposals on RFQ number W912HP-17-T-0004. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336611 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order. The full text of a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision or clause may be accessed electronically at http//acquisition.gov/comp/far/index.html SAM: System for Award Management applies to this procurement. You must be registered in SAM in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered in the SAM database. If an offeror is not registered in SAM database the offeror will be ineligible for awards. OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH FAR CLAUSE 52.204-7 System for Award Management (July 2013). Proposals are due no later than 23 March 2017, 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
