Changes the RFP proposal date from 27 March 2017 to 10 April 2017. 2. Makes minor changes to Addenda 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and the List of Attachments. 3. Posts the Questions and Answers received after the Pre-Performance Conference and Site Visit. 4. Revises and replaces Atch 1 BOS PWS dated 10 Nov 16 with the PWS dated 13 Mar 17. 5. Clarifies and replaces Atch 2 Sample Manpower Chart. 6. Revises and replaces Atch 3 RPES Worksheet. 7. Revises and replaces Atch 4 Price Matrix. 8. Adds two Dress Code letters to Atch 6 IAM CBA. 9. Replaces Atch 7 SCA WD with the new SCA WD. 10. Revises and replaces Appendix B--Real Property. 11. Made one change to Appendix C--AF PMTLs
