Place of Performance Provision Credit Authorization Form ACH Vendor Payment Form Business Management Questionnaire Mil Spec MIL-C-87052B_May141990 Cover Letter & Solicitation for CT2226-17 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2226-17 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313310 textile and fabric finishing mills, the SBA small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with two (2) options for the following commercial item: Twill, Polyester, White fabric for use in manufacturing Navy jumpers for wear by Navy personnel as part of the enlisted service dress white uniform. The finished products are for sale to the DLA Troop Support (Defense Logistics Agency).
