Performance under any resultant contract shall be via issuance of written task orders. Selection of a company/firm for contract award is determined on a Best Value decision based on a combination of price and other factors described in the solicitation. The contractor agrees to provide all services necessary for the final treatment/disposal of the hazardous property listed in the schedule in accordance with all Host Nation, FGS, OEBDG, ADR, DOD, and Federal laws and regulations, and the terms and conditions of this contract.
