Description
Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price service contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, R17PS00616, (written) is approximately the third week of March 2017. The anticipated closing date is March 31, 2017. The anticipated award date is the second week of April. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement is a small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation. The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office has a requirement for Standard Operating Procedures Development & Revision for Hungry Horse Dam, Hungry Horse, MT. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561410. One (1) job, delivered FOB Destination, to the Hungry Horse Dam, Hungry Horse, MT, on or before 16 weeks ARO: The Hungry Horse Dam has identified the need to contract for assistance in revising and rewriting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Hungry Horse Field Office maintains a complete set of SOPs; one for the dam and one for the power plant operations. The SOPs consists of two volumes, with a combined total of five chapters, each chapter with an appendix. The SOPs require periodic updates and revisions to reflect changes in equipment and conditions at the facility. The last major update was performed in 2012. Since then, numerous changes have occurred at the facility, including, but not limited to: Program Review Operations Maintenance Unit Governors and Exciters Domestic Water Systems Cranes Emergency Generator Alarm Point Response All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
