- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The work consists of the removal of existing high performance turf reinforcement mats (HPTRM), surface preparation for placement of HPTRM, installation of HPTRM system, placement of turfgrass sod, periodic watering and mowing of the turfgrass sod, removal of an existing earthen ramp and a new crusted stone access road. THIS INFORMATION IS POSTED FOR SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES ONLY. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FROM ANY FIRMS OTHER THAN THOSE IN THE SB MATOC POOL.
