Description

DOL WAGE DETERMINATION FOR REFERENCE ONLY SAM REGISTRATION FOR REFERENCE ONLY TECH. EXHIBIT STATEMENT OF WORK ADDENDUM SF 1449 The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to replace the Leamy Hall Ballroom and Upper Lounge acoustic ceiling tile system with approximately 8,000 SF of a new acoustic ceiling tile suspension system. Also the contractor shall paint the two (2) "Drop Down" ceiling (approximately 1,000 SF) located in the Ballroom Hall at U.S. Coast Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT. All work must be done as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and Technical Exhibit. SITE VISIT: The USCG Academy recommend that any vendor interested in submitting their quote shall perform a site visit prior to submission of quote. Visits to the site may be coordinated with CWO3 Tom Huffman, 860-444-8554 or by email at Thomas.I.Huffman@uscg.mil. Failure to visit the site will not relieve the awarded contractor from the contracted work because of under/low bid.
