Statement of Requirements The Government is seeking a lease for space meeting the following requirements: *Building must have 24-hour security Guard and/or an approved security system *Office Space must not be located in a building that has thorough fare under, or through, any part of the building *Office Space must NOT be located on the ground floor or top floor of any building (Space must be contiguous) *Reserved parking spots are needed *A freight or public elevator that has the ability to provide “individual service” is required. *Non-descript signage should be utilized to provide general room assignments * Agency personnel must have 24-hour, unrestricted access to the office and parking *Agency office space shall not be located with window space which is adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, or mezzanines. Agency office space shall be located in a building with a lobby, as there shall be no direct access to the office space from outside the building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
