Description

Part II III IV Part I Synopsis This solicitation is for the purchase of recyclable paper, commingled caged and bottles (aluminum and bimetal cans, glass and plastic bottles), used laser/toner printer cartridges, and used inkjet printer cartridges generated on Government-owned and Government-operated premises and other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Washington, DC metropolitan area included the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, Prince George's county, the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudon, and Prince William counties. The initial Contract period will be for 1 year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive 12-month option periods. The proposed contract start date is June 1, 2017; contractor performance will be dependent upon GSA Security Clearance. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. All responsive/responsible offers will be give consideration for award. THIS PROCUREMENT IS OPEN TO VENDORS WHO CAN PERFORM THE SERVICES WITHIN THE COMMUTING WASHINGTON, DC METROPOLITAN AREA. The solicitation will be posted electronically through the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov on or about March 13, 2017. All interested parties may download the solicitation from the internet. HARD COPIES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. NO TELEPHONIC REQUEST FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE TAKEN. All inquiries must be emailed to Travis.Finkle@gsa.gov. No questions will be accepted after March 31, 2017 2:00pm EST. ALL WORK FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS WITH IN THE WASHINGTON DC METROPOLITAN AREA, VENDORS MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM WORK IN THIS AREA. NO TRAVEL/COMMUTING COST WILL BE PAID.
