- Annex 2 Annex 5 This is an Invitation to Patriciate (ITP) for the Capability Assessment of the Non-Developmental Light Attack Platforms in support of the Office of Strategic Development Planning and Experimentation (SDPE), Air Force Materiel Command, Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The SDPE is issuing this ITP as part of its market research into industry’s capability, capacity, and interest in providing platforms that will be cost-effective assets (i.e., assets having low procurement, operating, and sustainment costs) in the future United States Air Force (USAF) force structure. Results from this Capability Assessment will be used to inform requirements and acquisition decisions as described more fully in the attached ITP and annexes. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. All questions will be answered via posting answers to this FBO website except as provided above. Additionally, questions must NOT contain sensitive, proprietary, or classified information. The Government reserves the right not to respond to questions, related to this ITP, received after 1600 hours Eastern Time on 24 Mar 2017. Any questions regarding this ITP shall be directed to Patrick Kelleher at patrick.kelleher.3@us.af.mil or to Vincent Pecoraro at vincent.pecoraro.2@us.af.mil. Responses to this ITP are due by 1600 hours Eastern Time on 7 April 2017. ITP responses shall be sent via email to patrick.kelleher.3@us.af.mil.
