Description

This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposal or quote and a solicitation will not be issued however, all proposals received prior to the closing date of this notice shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will be retained as Market Research. The Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS) intends to issue a noncompetitive contract to GOVERLAN Complex IT Systems Management to provide GOVERLAN Software License and Maintenance Support G8-SUITE-SU-CT including version 8 G8-SUITE-UPG. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 511210; Size Standard is $38.5 million. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency no later than the closing date and time of this notice. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties' bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement, and include: the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), and the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. Responses must be in writing, by e-mail to the Chief of Contracting at paula.claudio.civ@mail.mil. The e-mail shall contain the following subject line: Response to Notice of Intent GOVERLAN Software License and Support. Please submit all information no later than 6 April 2017, 2:00 pm Eastern Time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR A FORMAL PROPOSAL, QUOTE OR A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
