Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a Purchase Order to USPS.com,1990 Grand Ave., El Segundo, CA 90245 to provide online postage subscription for the purpose of printing metered labels, tracking and delivery confirmation, and certify mail from a standard PC printer. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the sole source determination, please provide information supporting your firm's capabilities and experience in being able to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quote which shall be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses are due not later than 11:00am 21 March 2017. Responses shall be sent to robin.c.meyer.civ@mail.mil. If no acceptable responses are received by the due date and time, award will be made without further notice.
