Description
Quote Sheet Statement of Work 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation Number: W91242-17-Q-0991 is issued as a Request for Quotation. 3. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Effective 02-July-2015. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN 20150602, Effective 02-June-2015. Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation AFAC 2015-0406, Effective 06-April-2015. 4. This acquisition is issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code specified for this requirement is 721110, with size standard of $32.5M. 5. For list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure, see attachment 1 (Quote Sheet). 6. Description of requirement: Strong Bonds Event to include lodging, meeting space, audio visual equipment/set up, and meals. 7. Event shall take place March 19-21, 2017 in Concord, NC. 8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 9. If vendor is capable of fulfilling requirements of the Statement of Work (attachment 2), offers shall be evaluated by price. 10. The Government advises offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. 11. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 12. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 13. Specific contract requirement: Final attendance numbers will be communicated to winning vendor NLT September 12, 2016. Total number of rooms/meals may fluctuate up or down by as much as 20% (usually down). We will only pay for actual attendance numbers. The contract will be modified to reflect the actual attendance numbers at the conclusion of the event. 14. Offers are due NLT March 30, 2017, 2:00PM EST. In addition to any supplemental documentation an offeror may provide, the Quote Sheet (attachment 1) MUST accompany the package. Offers not including the Quote Sheet may be considered non-responsive.
