- GI GENSET Generator Docking Guide Drawing GI GENSET Investigation Log GI GENSET Event Log Commercial Far Clauses Statement of Work Rev 4 SF1449 This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-17-Q-PMV193. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 221118 Other Electric Power Generation, Standard size number of employees (250) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the proposals: 1. Technical Capability of the services offered to meet/exceed the Governments Requirements per the Attached Statements of Work. 2. Price of repair services for GENSET offered to the Government When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of labor and supervision b. Cost of materials and equipment needed to perform contract. Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 21 April 2017 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 07 April 2017. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations: N/A SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to repair the emergency power system by repairing the existing emergency generator system (GENSET), installing new generator docking station for a portable GENSET and complete startup inspections and operational test for systems located at the USCG Air station Clearwater Forward Operating Base located in Matthew Town, Great Inagua, Bahamas, Per provided SOW. Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $115K Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made. Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Site visit: GENSET located in Great Inagua, Bahamas.
