Description
Performance-Based Work Statement - B-1B EASTE Interface Panel Repair Sources Sought Synopsis and Contractor Capability Survey SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS This sources sought synopsis is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements to repair the B-1B Enhanced Automated Special Test Equipment (EASTE) Interface Panel (NSN: 4920-01-385-1306, PN: ACE 2017-1). This effort is for depot level repair of the EASTE Interface Panel. The contractor shall provide quality repair to ensure a serviceable "A" condition item that efficiently serves its intended purpose, by the required disassembly, test, bench check, inspection and repair. The contractor shall provide timely and accurate reporting in Commercial Asset Visibility AF, meet Turn around Times for delivery of Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPs) requisitions per PWS instructions, and reduce frequency of Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs). The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Test Replaceable Units (TRUs) are returned to service or delivered in compliance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) performance standards/specifications. The Contractor shall repair submitted hardware, utilizing repair components that are equal to, or superior to, OEM components, which meet applicable drawings, handbooks, manuals, and/or specifications established by the OEM and which will perform in next higher assemblies.
