Description

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research to be used for preliminary planning purposes- to identify if other potential sources of supply can meet the requirements of the Government. This is not a request for proposal, quotes, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify other potential sources for this product line. The Colorado Army National Guard intends to award a brand name only to Westover Corporation as they are the only known authorized factory representative, factory trained authorized representative, in Colorado for the Andover Continuum to SmartStruxure transitional product line. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), a response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The responder is solely responsible for the information it submits and any associated costs. All interested concerns must provide this office proof that they are an authorized factory representative for the Andover Continuum and SmartStruxure product line as stated above no later than 4 April 2017 at 1400 hours Mountain Standard Time. Information received after this date and time will not be considered.
