- Request for Proposal (RFP) SPE4A517R0699 will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition procedures under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This NSN is not commercial. The part being procured is a Greashaft, high spd, for Purchase Request 0065934708, NSN 1680-01-544-6600 at a quantity of 37 each. This is a source-controlled drawing item. Approved source is: HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL. (CAGE 70210), p/n 2210342-1. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The delivery requested is 342 days. Configuration Control and Export Control apply. The solicitation issue date is 04/03/17, with a closing date of 05/03/17. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
