Description
AFICA - Battlefield Airman (BA) Military Freefall (MFF) - Secure access to Security Information FBO is experiencing technical difficulties. Vendors are reporting issues with accessing the link posted on 10 Mar 17 which allows vendors to request access to the Security Information items for the BA MFF requirement. A work order has been submitted. We ask that vendors continue to monitor FBO for changes. Once the technical issues have been resolved, vendors should be able to access the link and request secure access to the documents or find instructions on how to gain certification required for access. Vendors should be aware of the following actions required in order to access the secure documents: 1. The vendor must be certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) which is administered by the Defense Logistic Information Service (DLIS) in order to be eligible to download the secure documents via FBO. 2. If not already certified, the vendor will need to apply for a JCP Certification by completing and submitting a DD2345 form. This DD2345 form and instructions for submission can be found at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx 3. While FBO does not control the certification process, FBO receives a daily update of those companies certified for the JCP. You can search the JCP list to see if your company is certified at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/search.aspx 4. Once your company is JCP certified, you should be able to request and gain access to the Secure packages on FBO. Note: It normally takes 2-3 days for vendors to be granted access after the application has been completed and submitted to JCP via DLIS. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure required documentation is submitted for certification. Once certified, it is the vendor's responsibility to log back into FBO and access the BA MFF Security Information items link and request access to the secure documents. If certification is verified by FBO, the system will then generate an email to the contracting office for approval to view the Security Information items. If your organization continues to have issues with viewing the link for the Security Information items, please contact the Points of Contact below for further assistance.
