- W81K00-17-T-0155_Conformed Copy_20 March 2017 W81K00-17-T-0155_Amendment 2 Synopsis - Medical Records Technicians (Coders) Solicitation Number W81K00-17-T-0155 The Patient Administration Division at Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital (BJACH), Fort Polk Louisiana has a non-personal services requirement for three (3) full-time equivalent (FTE) Medical Records Technicians (Coders). The services are for a base period of 1 April 2017 - 30 September 2017, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. This requirement is being solicited as a HUBZone set aside procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541219, "Other Accounting Services. The Small Business Administration's size standard is $20.5 Million. The solicitation number is W81K00-17-T-0155. The solicitation will be available on/about 14 March 2017 at the FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 22 March 2017. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
