- The 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Healthcare Aseptic Management Services (HAMS) II for the Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA). The HAMS II program is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and the small business size standard is $18,000,000.00. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 561720 - Janitorial Services. The HAMS II requirement is a centrally procured non-personal services for all management, labor, supervision, transportation, equipment and materials, to provide complete medical housekeeping services for medical, dental, veterinary and other patient care facilities in the Air Force. This program provides for the aseptic cleaning, protection, and beautification of all rooms and areas identified for coverage at a particular installation to maintain a level of asepsis commensurate with the use of the facility, rooms, and areas. This program also has provisions for management of linen service and all categories of Regulated Medical Waste per the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. The information posted also includes market research from the previous postings (i.e. FA8052-16-RFI-HAMS and FA8052-16-R-0003), including Requests for Information (RFIs), site visit questions and answers, and Draft RFPs. All previous postings with these numbers will be archived after 2 March 2017. The Government has established a response date of 1 March 2017, 2:30 PM CT, for questions/comments in response to the RFP. Offeror's are responsible for reviewing the RFP to verify all submission requirements and timelines. Note* All Questions must be submitted in writing using the Question and Answer Sheet (Atch 11) via E-Mail 773ESS.PKA.HAMSII@us.af.mil. Questions sent to any other E-mail address will not be reviewed and responded to. Update: Past Performance Information volume of the proposal shall be received no later than 6 April 2017, 2:30PM Central Time.
