Description

Special Notice to Award Avance® Allograft Tissue & Viva Membrane Implants Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-17-T-0211 to Axogen Corporation in the amount of $60,000.00 for Avance® Allograft Tissue & Viva Membrane Implants for (6) patient surgical procedures at the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services (DOAS), Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. The Surgeon & the Surgical Team has made the determination that these implants will best meet the requirement for the patients in accordance with the individual diagnosis, in surgery & providing the best recovery outcome. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
