- Attachment 1 Draft RFP Attachment 5 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 This special announcement serves to notify potential offerors that a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) has been posted. This is a DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Proposals will NOT be accepted at this time. This draft RFP document and attachments are draft versions and subject to change. This draft RFP is open for industry comment. All feedback must be received no later than 0900 AM EST on 27 March 2017. Please provide all feedback to Mark Draluck, Contract Specialist, via email, mark.draluck@navy.mil. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires a broad range of parts and services of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and/or OEM authorized distributors/parts providers/service technicians to maintain diesel engines contained within multiple MSC classes of ships. Maintenance may include, but is not limited to, appraisals, groom, inspections, life cycle management, overhauls, refurbishment, repairs, reports, tests, and upgrades. The scope of work for this contract includes technical representative services and parts for the following class vessels: AS (Submarine Tender), T-AH (Hospital), T-AKE (Dry Cargo/Ammunition), T-AO (Fleet Replenishment Oiler), T-ESB (Expeditionary Mobile Base), and T-ESD (Expeditionary Transfer Dock). Systems for which services and parts will be provided include, but are not be limited to: ALCO 251F, Colt-Pielstick PC4.2, Fairbanks Morse 38D 8-1/8, MAN 6L 48/60, MAN 8L 48/60, MAN 9L 48/60, and MAN 12V 48/60CR.
