Description
Solicitation 6CO0482 is being amended to seek a wider range of square footage. The deadline for offers is extended until April 7th, 2017. GSA Public Buildings Service Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Denver Delineated Area: To the west at the corner of I-76 and Sheridan to the intersection of Sheridan and Colfax. To the south from Colfax to Speer, Speer to Wazee. Wazee to 20 th Street. 20 th street to I-25. I-25 to I-70. I-70 to York. York to the corner of Colfax. Colfax to the corner of Peoria. To the east from corner of Colfax and Peoria to Peoria and E.56th Ave. To the north beginning at the corner of Peoria and E.56 th to E.56 th and I-270. I-270 to I-76. I-76 back to Sheridan. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,00ABOA General Office Space Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,000 ABOA General Office Space Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 53 Parking Spaces (Surface): 53 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: - Sites located near daycare facilities or schools will not be considered. -Site shall not be located near any "hazardous materials transportation or storage facilities" as defined by ISC. -Required space will consist of Class A office space. -All security standards must meet ISC and Publication 64 standards. -Agency must have roof access. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. Action : For FBO postings, delete "offers due;" for procurement summary, keep "offers due" and delete "(estimated)" from dates.
