- PR 0066871031 NSN 1660-01-595-4579 Issue Date: March 21, 2017 Close Date: March 31, 2017 MASK, OXYGEN IAW SOURCE AVOX SYSTEMS INC. CAGE 53655 P/N 358-1506V-4 THIS ITEM IS IDENTIFIED AS A COMMERCIAL ITEM - (TO INCLUDE 'COMMERCIAL OF A TYPE') Manufacture IAW Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. Requirement is a 100% unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 150 each. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. This is a Life Support Item Therefore Surplus Material WILL NOT be accepted. THIS IS AN AIR FORCE IDENTIFIED CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI). The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered. Quotes may be submitted electronically.
