Description
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) in Frankfurt intends to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) for: TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEHER BRAND NAME ONLY WINDOW SCREENS FOR THE SIEDLUNG HOUSING COMPLEX AT THE AMERICAN CONSULATE GENERAL FRANKFURT, GERMANY. All interested contractors shall review the attached pages of this solicitation, Section I, Statement of Work and offer goods and services that conform to the specification. This is a solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), one base year, plus four option year contract based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer which conforms to the solicitation. Offerors are urged and expected to attend a pre-proposal Site Visit to be conducted on March 7, 2017, at 10:00 AM, at the Fieldhouse (Jakob-Leisler-Strasse 7A, Carl Schurz Siedlung, 60320 Frankfurt ). Parking is only available outside of the house complex. Offerors planning to attend the Site Visit must submit by email the names of no more than two company representatives to the attention of Mr. Ante Mustapic, email: MustapicA@state.gov, and Mr. Damian Richard, email: RichardDC@state.gov at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled date. Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation no later than March 10, 2017, to Mr. Damian Richard email, RichardDC@state.gov. Questions not received within this time period will not be considered. Proposal Due Date: The complete proposal, which shall contain the name of the company, name and contact details of the person authorized to submit the proposal, is to be submitted on or before March 24, 2017 by 15:00 hours local German time either: a) in the original in a sealed envelope marked as “Proposal SGE500-17-R-0061 ” via international courier to the following address: American Consulate General Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Attn: Damian Richard Giessener Strasse 30 60435 Frankfurt am Main, Germany Or b ) as a pdf document emailed to RichardDC@state.gov, and FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov.
